Data Retention:
VSware retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the services requested by our Customers or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Specifically, data is stored for the duration of the customer's active contract, plus a reasonable period after your last interaction with us to resolve any pending queries or maintenance needs. When the personal data that we collect is no longer required in this way, we destroy or delete it in a secure manner.
Data Deletion:
Users have the right to request the erasure of their personal data. Because VSware acts as a Data Processor for its customers, users should typically initiate deletion requests through their school's administration. However, you may also contact us directly at privacy.vsware@visma.com to initiate a request, and we will coordinate with the relevant Data Controller (the customer) to ensure your data is deleted in a secure manner.
If you become aware of a data breach, please call support on 01-5549628 as soon as you can. The support line is available from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
If you notice a data breach outside of these hours, please use this contact form. Out of hours or weekend messages will monitored and responded to.
